Culinary ArtsThe Culinary Arts industry is full of flavor and excitement. Culinary professionals are found among the biggest and smallest Fortune 500 companies. Culinary Arts is a dynamic field changing with each season and location providing endless learning opportunities. The program provides an individual with skills to work locally and opportunities to travel abroad.






Employment Outlook:


Food service is one of the largest employers in the nation. The demand for skilled employees far outweighs the supply. Competition and technology in food service has increased dramatically. Food service is included in the occupations predicted to have the most Utah job openings through 2012.
