OTR Flatbed Driver Areas Traveled- Utah to ID, OR, WA, MT, AB, BC. We are a small family owned company. Our drivers are considered part of our family. Drivers are home weekends and depending on the routes sometimes once during the week. We mainly haul steel and lumber products. Tarping is required on the majority of our products. Our drivers get 2500-3200 miles per week. Starting pay for drivers with < 2 years is $.32/mile with medical and retirement benefits to start after 90 days and raises to go with performance; > 2 year experience is negotiated on case by case basis- with medical and retirement benefits to start after 90 days and raises to go with performance.
