Cabinet Designer / Salesperson

Cache Valley Cabinets & Tops
Apr 4, 2016

I am looking to hire a full-time designer / sales person. Most critical is I hire someone honest and trustworthy. I can teach people the particular tasks of the job but I can't teach people to be honest or how to work. I want someone that wants to work. They must be dependable, reliable, and of the highest integrity. The job will entail meeting with potential customers and helping them through the design and bid process all the way to final contract completion. Bidding and designing is the primary core of the job. My designers meet with customers (both in person and via phone or email) and help understand their needs and wants. Then they design cabinets and countertops to fit those needs. They will learn a design program called 20/20. They MUST be computer literate and able to learn new things quickly. The schedule will be roughly M-F 10AM-6PM and occasional Saturdays 9AM-Noon. I could work with the right individual on a part-time basis but I really need full-time as soon as possible. I am willing to wait for the right person however to move into a full-time schedule. I am anxious to find and hire the right person as I need to get them trained prior to my current employee leaving.
